Returns

Important: Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:
• Used or damaged items (not caused by manufacturing defects)
• Items returned without prior authorization
• Items missing parts or original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer replacements for defective or damaged items.

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to product defects, damage, or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost
• If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may have already been processed or shipped.

Warranty

All products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:
